The assistant uses structured inputs from sales reps, retrieves relevant pricing history via OData, and generates a draft quote summary aligned with account-specific discount tiers stored in SD condition records.
Order Delivery Risk Scoring — SAP SD
Built a risk scoring model that predicts on-time delivery probability for open sales orders in SAP SD. Features include historical delivery performance by ship-to, carrier, route, and seasonal demand patterns. Scores are surfaced in an ABAP Enhancement on the VA03 sales order display and used by the order management team to prioritise escalations.
Attrition Risk Model — SAP SuccessFactors
Trained a binary classification model to predict 12-month voluntary attrition risk using SuccessFactors Employee Central data: tenure, role changes, performance ratings, compensation bands, and manager spans. Model outputs are loaded into a custom SF Extension Centre tile visible to HR business partners. Privacy-preserving design: no individual scores exposed to line managers.
